More information about personal data processing
In principle, the information shall be provided free of charge, but copies thereof shall not be provided. In the event of a request for copies or where requests are repeated, the controller may charge a reasonable fee based on administrative costs. Furthermore, if the requests made by the data subject are manifestly unfounded or disproportionate, the controller may either impose a reasonable fee or refuse to comply with the request. The controller shall demonstrate manifest unfoundedness. Abuse cannot a priori be understood as the exercise of the rights of the data subject.
